We worked together in Iraq and Afghanistan and ran a couple of consulting companies specializing in foreign affairs and Decision Support. I had been emailing him for the last couple of weeks but hadn’t gotten a response, which was unusual as he always responded immediately, or we’d have our ‘how to fix the world’ conversations via phone.

I am so sad and will miss my good friend, but at the same time, I am blessed that he entered my life at the perfect time.

I’ll miss him!

In spite of that gift he was so friendly and helpful. I don’t know what we’re going to do with out our friends brilliance and uncanny sense of humor. God take care of my good friend’s wonderful spirit. I’ll be thinking about him and hoping he’s with me often.
